Here is a picture of one of the projects I have been working on at my internship. The Blue Ribbon is a symbol for Child Abuse Prevention. We attached statistics and prevention tips to these blue ribbons and posted them around the West 7th Community in St. Paul.

I can truly say that I am experiencing the most challenging time of my life right now. Between school, buying and selling houses, and other personal stuff going on, I don’t have anytime to think or breathe. When life gets this way, I want to shut down. It takes all my energy just to get out of bed. There are so many things to do and not enough time to do anything. I just feel like I shouldn
Ugh! As ususal, things have been so busy. I had finals this weekend finishing up Winter Term and Spring Term starts on April 2nd. I am so tired of school right now, but I know that there is only one more year left before I can rest. I think I did well in all my classes, but my Interviewing and Counseling class was challenging. I think I got an A, but I will be happy with a B since I had to work so hard in that class.
We are still working on selling the house. Things have slowed down with the showings, but we are still at least one person through a week. I’m not too nervous. I will start getting nervous when it gets closer to summer. I think our house will show better in the spring when everything is green and healthy looking.
The developments on the new house are happening very quickly. Ben and I have a pre-drywall inspection next week. We get to go inside the house and make sure everything looks good before they put the drywall in. Fun!
My internship is basically done. I will be staying on as a volunteer until the middle of May, but the stress of having to get my hours in is over. I am working on Child Abuse Prevention Month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month campaigns, which are fun. I like the creativity, but getting everyone organized and on the same page is hard. I will post some things from both the campaigns when I get them all done and ready to go.
